Shipping policy

All hand-knotted rugs are made to order. They are entirely made by hand and production usually takes 14-22 weeks depending on the size of the rug. As soon as an order has been placed you will receive an email with details about your unique rug and estimated production and shipping time. 

In-stock products will be shipped from the showroom in Stockholm Sweden and normally takes 3-16 days depending on your location. 

Shipping is free of charge within the EU. 

International shipments are free of charge for orders under 5 kg. Orders above 5 kg will be charged by weight and are calculated at checkout. Shipping to all international addresses will take longer, but we try to send all orders by the quickest route possible. Customs/Duty fees are applicable on all international shipments, to be paid by customer. Please note that international shipments are subject to customs checks and you may be contacted by our shipping provider for documentation relating to your order.
